Talent Excellence Family Day Care is committed to providing high quality service that meets the safety needs and interests of all children and families. We believe in creating a motivating learning environment that challenges and celebrates the developmental milestones and achievements of individual children as well as their Indigenous culture/other cultural heritage/additional needs.

Our main aim is to ensure that children cared for under the auspices of TEFDC become self- motivated and independent learners by supporting them to be confident and socially competent members of the community. They will learn to positively embrace the world and efficiently and respectfully engage with all people irrespective of family structure, gender, cultural and social background as well as being sensitive to the needs and views of others.

We value the provision of nurturing, secure, stimulating and innovative learning environment that promotes healthy positive self/self-image and attitudes toward diversity and equity. Every child will be encouraged and given the opportunity to participate in learning irrespective of their gender, religion, beliefs, culture, family structure and socio-economic background. Every child deserves respect, dignity and equal access to learning in a supportive environment.
